*Please note that the Weight Lifting Prescription here is the number of days per week you should be doing your weight lifting and NOT the whole routine. Customized Weight Lifting Routine is sold separately.

Once your purchase has been completed, please check your email—including your spam or junk folder—for an email from Macrofit - this will include a bunch of important information about the program + the link to our questionnaire.

Please note: The questionnaire must be completed and submitted at least 7 days before your desired start date. If we do not receive your completed questionnaire within this timeframe, we will need to move your start date to the next available date on the schedule. Please keep an eye on your emails should we need to contact you prior to your start date.
